By accessing or using Fitness Tests (the “Service”), operated by ConnectedPE Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Fitness Tests is a fitness assessment platform that provides fitness testing protocols, result tracking, goal setting, team management, and related features for individuals, PE teachers, coaches, and fitness professionals.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
Premium and school subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Service (test results, student profiles, etc.). You grant us a licence to store and process this data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Fitness tests carry inherent risks. Users should consult a medical professional before undertaking physical testing. We are not responsible for injuries sustained during testing. Teachers and coaches are responsible for supervising their students safely.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConnectedPE Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the in-app deletion feature.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
